December 2024 – The Dan Lounsbury Family Office is proud to announce a strategic partnership with the American University of Anguilla (AUA) School of Medicine as part of its continued commitment to advancing education and philanthropy. This collaboration aims to expand AUA’s presence throughout the Caribbean, as well as Central and South America, enhancing access to world-class medical education in these regions.
In early December 2024, Dan Lounsbury, founder of the Family Office, and Dr. Maher Soudha, Dean of AUA, held high-level discussions in the Cayman Islands to solidify plans for a new campus on the island of Grand Cayman. The proposed campus will join AUA’s existing locations in Anguilla, St. Maarten, and Belize, creating a robust network of academic excellence across the Caribbean.
“This expansion, in conjunction with our existing locations in Anguilla, St. Maarten, and Belize, will cement our strong foothold in the Caribbean as we look to grow in the coming years,” said Dr. Soudha. “We are thrilled to partner with the Dan Lounsbury Family Office, whose commitment to education and charitable giving aligns perfectly with our mission to train the next generation of medical professionals.”
The partnership not only reflects the Dan Lounsbury Family Office’s dedication to education but also underscores its broader philanthropic goals. By investing in educational infrastructure and medical training programs, the initiative seeks to make a lasting impact in underserved regions, fostering both professional growth and community development.
With plans to expand into other regions in the near future, this collaboration marks a significant step toward shaping the future of medical education across the Americas.
