My Services

People typically reach out when a situation feels uncertain, complicated, or exposed.

The common thread is that something important is at stake — capital, reputation, control of an outcome, or the integrity of a decision.

In these environments, clarity rarely emerges on its own. It has to be developed through structured analysis and disciplined thinking.

My approach follows a straightforward framework.

1. Stabilize the Situation

When pressure is high, the natural instinct is to move quickly.

In practice, this often makes problems worse.

The first step is to slow the situation down long enough to understand what is actually happening:

• What is known
• What is uncertain
• What assumptions may be influencing decisions

Stability and perspective are the foundation for clear judgment.

2. Establish the Facts

Complex situations are usually clouded by narratives — competing explanations, partial information, and assumptions presented as certainty.

My focus is to establish the factual picture.

This may involve analyzing financial records, digital activity, relationships between parties, operational history, and other relevant signals.

The goal is simple: separate facts from narrative so decisions can be grounded in reality.

3. Identify Pressure Points and Risks

Once the factual landscape is clearer, the next step is understanding how the situation actually functions.

Key questions include:

• Where are the real risks?
• Who benefits from the current situation?
• Where are incentives misaligned?
• What factors could escalate the situation further?

Understanding incentives and leverage often reveals the real dynamics behind complex events.

4. Clarify Strategic Options

My role is not to impose a decision.

It is to help clients clearly see the options available to them, including:

• The potential outcomes of each path
• The risks associated with action or inaction
• The practical constraints that may influence decisions

Once the situation is understood and the options are clear, clients are able to move forward with confidence.

The Role of Soturis and BlockDivers

Two operating frameworks support my work.

Soturis focuses on strategic advisory and intelligence development. It is used when clients need independent perspective on complex decisions, disputes, or emerging risk.

BlockDivers focuses on digital asset investigations and financial tracing, and recovery. It provides the investigative structure used in matters involving fraud, misappropriation, and cross-border asset exposure.

These frameworks exist to support the work — allowing each situation to be approached with the appropriate tools and methodology.

Engagement Structure

Every situation is different, but engagements typically share several characteristics:

• Discreet – We teach you how to securely communicate with our team.
• Focused on facts and outcomes – flat fee plus success bonus.
• Structured around the needs of the situation – we work with you.

Some engagements involve a single advisory conversation.

Others evolve into deeper investigative or strategic work over long periods of time.

Not every situation requires escalation. In many cases, clarity itself resolves the uncertainty.
